Model RGF-100Y (for all plastic tubes, compound tubes and aluminum-plastic tubes) Main Features and Technical Parameter of Soft Tube Loading and Sealing Machine ●The transmission part is closed under the platform safely with no pollution． ●The Loading and Sealing part is installed in the visible cover，which is in the half-closed static-free frame above the platform．It is easy to watch, operate and maintain. ●PLC controlled and man-machine conversation interface. ●The rotary disk is cam-driven, so it works fast and accurately. ●Optional box-type and sloping tube storage. ●The arc rail is matched with vacuum absorbing device. When the rail and the pressure tube are working together, the soft tube is fed into the upper working station. ●The photoelectric target-aiming working station employs accurate detector and marching type motor，ensuring the tube design at the correct position． ●When feeding, the movable feeding device goes into and goes out of the soft tube, so that the feeding quality is ensured. ●No feeding is done when there is no tube available. ●The heat blower goes into the tube end for sealing, and the outer part is equipped with cooling device. ●Character code printing working station automatically prints the character code at the place required by the process. ●The reshaping manipulator cuts the soft tube into right-angle shape and round shape for choice. ●There are alarm devices for failure and no tubes.
